Log into <a href=\"https:\/\/converia.euspri2025.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">your account<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. On your personal account (use the link \u201eC\u00b3 overview\u201c) access the tab \u201ePaper submission\u201d and click \u201cView submitted contributions\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. You can edit your submission by clicking the pen icon titled \u201cActions\u201d (right corner under each submission) and choosing \u201cEdit Abstract\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Confirm the title and track and click \u201ccontinue\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Under \u201cSubmit your abstract\u201d you can upload your final submission as pdf.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please, do <strong>neither change the abstract originally submitted<\/strong>, as this will be added to the detailed conference programme accessible via the conference app in due time <strong>nor the track assigned to your presentation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please, note that in case multiple authors have been contributing to a submission, <strong>the author who submitted the proposal to the conference system is the only one who can <\/strong>make changes to the submission and <strong>add the extended abstract\/ final paper\/ poster<\/strong>. This person is expected to upload the final submission, as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>As a reminder: Inclusion in the programme of your final paper\/extended abstract or poster is subject to<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>uploading a final submission by 18 May 2025, 23:59 CEST, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at least one author registering for the conference by 13 April 2025, 23:59 CEST.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Extended abstracts<\/strong> should go beyond the abstract originally submitted but not exceed 2.000 words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Final papers <\/strong>should have at least 5.000 but no more than 8.000 words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Posters <\/strong>should be printed and brought to the conference in <strong>A1 <\/strong>format<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please, note that authors are expected to present <strong>no more than one submission<\/strong> at the conference, although an author may make more than one submission as co-author.bstract\/ final paper\/ poster.
